Finding the right honeymoon spot can be an interesting adventure in itself because there are so many choices. However you can pretty much find everything and anything on the Internet. Moreover you can book all your reservations online and don’t even have to be dependent on any travel agents in the bargain.
Here are a few fun wedding destinations both in and outside the country:
• Hawaii – Hawaii has always been considered as a beautiful honeymoon destination. . You actually get to go to an island that is green and see some of the most fantastic sites. Moreover you can either stay at one island or go island hopping which can be a lot of fun.
• Mexico – Cozumel is another place that many honeymooners choose. It’s close to the US, so you don’t have to travel too far. Moreover it’s a secluded island, so you have your privacy and it’s very peaceful. Talk about romantic! There are Mayan ruins and a place called the Nichupte Lagoon that is very intriguing — that is if you have time to sight see it (wink!).
• Caribbean – Many honeymooners opt for the Caribbean. It’s exotic, fun and a wonderful honeymoon spot. You could choose an exclusive resort or try one of the many romantic cruise packages. The cruise is a great option as well, because as a couple you are treated to champagne, chocolates and a romantic cabin. The cruise line takes extra special care of each couple and each ship has their own way of pampering you.
• Colorado – Another wonderful wedding destination to go skiing, relaxing and honeymooning is Aspen or Vail Colorado. There are a variety of honeymoon packages and many are all inclusive – this means the airfare, accommodation, food and entertainment are put into one package.
